Job Details Temporary, 6-Month Position (Approximately 6 months from date of hire) Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, answering and directing calls promptly and professionally. Process and distribute daily incoming and outgoing mail. Create new customer profiles and maintain accurate information on existing customer accounts. Create and assign job numbers as needed. Prepare and organize morning paperwork and daily administrative documents. Perform cash/till counts when payments are received and ensure accurate documentation. Complete routine bank deposits and bank runs as needed. Scan, organize, and digitally archive historical job documents and records. Provide general administrative support to the office and assist with additional tasks as needed, based on system access and responsibilities. Qualifications Previous experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or receptionist role preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and office systems. Ability to handle confidential customer and company information appropriately. Ability to accurately handle cash and complete basic financial transactions. Reliable transportation and ability to make occasional bank runs. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
