About Us Insurance Specialists Group is a locally owned, independent health insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team during our busy enrollment season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced office, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Agency Manager and Owner. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously. Welcome clients and assist visitors as needed. Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records. Prepare and organize paperwork and office documents. Assist with general office organization and daily administrative tasks. Support the team with special projects during the Annual Enrollment Period. Qualifications Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
