The Business Process Administrator has the responsibility for preparing customer invoices, issuing work orders, maintaining production reports and providing clerical support to the plant management team and employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Match, code and process invoices for all raw materials, packaging, maintenance and lab purchases. Enter all check requests into System 21. Review plant purchases from local vendors. Verify for accuracy and enter into System 21 for processing. Prepare customer invoices from sales order acknowledgement forms and bills of lading for liquid, ethanol and outside warehouse sales orders. Calculate WPC received from vendors and prepare invoices. Enter credit memos into System 21 after obtaining required approvals. Maintain shipment log for reconciliation with freight bills. Process payable requests for liquid finished product freight invoices. Prepare period end production and shipment report. Maintain liquid schedule, enter orders, create BOL and receive into System 21. Process and Invoice all BOL for customer orders and warehouse BOL. Enter into System21. Monitor external "Warehouse Manager" Spreadsheet. Track inventory for raw materials regarding quantity and location Perform general administrative responsibilities as needed including miscellaneous filing, distributing and sending faxes, maintaining inventory of printer cartridges, coordinating office machine maintenance, prepare presentations, typing various correspondence and lists, presentation, preparing weekly outgoing shipments, and running local errands as requested.
Position Responsibilities:
