Ketchum, ID Employment Type:
Full-Time (Seasonal layoff potential during winter months)

Bilingual required Position Overview Webb Landscape, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Construction Administrative Assistant to support our construction division from our Ketchum office. This is an essential role and serves as the face of not only our administrative team, but Webb Landscape as a whole in the Ketchum office . This position wears many hats and is critical to daily operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works independently, is reliable, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors in the Ketchum office Provide exceptional customer service and represent Webb Landscape in a professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Create and manage construction jobs and service calls Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for field employees Assist with construction job billings and Work-In-Progress (WIP) postings Perform daily cash reconciliations Handle accounts payable data entry and accounts receivable tasks Order products and manage inventory levels Issue purchase orders as needed Manage company phones and tablets Perform general administrative duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Bilingual (required) Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift tasks as needed Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with administrative procedures, file management, and data entry Excellent time management and follow-through Why Webb Landscape? $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
