JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the Student Nutrition Supervisor with a variety of administrative duties, including preparing USDA reports, processing and tracking Free and Reduced-Price Meal applications, managing student meal accounts, ordering food and supplies, maintaining inventory records, obtaining quotes for kitchen equipment purchases, and ensuring compliance with applicable program requirements. Provide administrative support for District Office operations, including processing employee fingerprints, maintaining related records, and performing general clerical duties. Maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively with staff and the public, and perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS 1.
High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Two years post high school education or comparable secretarial experience. 3. Computer skills including working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. 4. Good written and oral communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently in environment with distractions and interruptions.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Organizational skills, ability to multi-task, strong technology skills and excellent people skills. Experience with inventory management and school meal goods ordering processes.
