Regulatory Affairs
- Administrative Assistant
- (FT) Serves as Administrative Assistant to the Quality departments and Executive Directors by assisting with the day-to-day operations under the supervision of the Regulatory Affairs Director.

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm No weekends or holidays Benefit eligibleRequired Skills:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 1. Must have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills as they deal with various levels of management each day. 2. Basic computer knowledge including, excel, word processing, basic spreadsheets, e-mail, and basic internet information searches. 3. Ability to use office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phones with multiple lines 4. Perform accurate record keeping functions. 5. Must be able to take minutes of meetings and distribute in a timely manner. 6. Accurately enter data and distribute reports appropriately. 7. Perform general clerical duties. 8. Prepare reports and miscellaneous forms. 1. Excellent customer service skills.Minimum Work Experience:
1. At least one-year clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.Minimum Education:
