Manages paper and electronic files, uses office equipment including computers, responds to phone calls and emails, routes mail and maintains calendars and schedules.
Hours will vary depending on the season and need, must be available to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holidays, approximately 25-30 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a high school diploma required. Must have two years customer service experience. Strong and effective communication skills in both verbal and written form with the ability and desire to provide quality customer service are essential. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient computer skills required. Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite with aptitude to learn other applications. Experience in RecTrac Recreation software is a plus. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. DUTIES Under the direction and supervision of the Aquatics General Manager, the PT IMRF Aquatics Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with the administrative duties associated with the year-round Vaughan Aquatic Center, and seasonal outdoor aquatic facilities, Phillips Park Family Aquatic Center and Splash Country Water Park. The Aquatics Administrative Assistant is the main contact for all prospective candidates throughout the hiring process to streamline hiring practices and communication. Duties also include helping with aquatic programming administrative tasks, maintaining candidate and program statistics, providing guest services to aquatic users at the Vaughan Aquatic Desk, private swim lesson scheduling, assisting with birthday party/rental scheduling and booking, and overall aquatic customer service. This position is at-will and hours will vary depending on the season and need, must be available to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holidays, approximately 25-30 hours per week.
