Monday-Friday Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Administrative Coordinators and Office Support professionals for full-time opportunities with established companies in the Deer Park area. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration, customer service, front desk support, office coordination, payroll/timekeeping, or general operations who is looking for a stable, full-time position.Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist visitors and employees
- Maintain records, spreadsheets, reports, and confidential documentation
- Enter and update information in internal systems
- Assist with employee timekeeping, payroll documentation, or HR paperwork
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, vendors, and facilities requests
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Support onboarding and other administrative processes
- Assist with customer service and general office inquiries
- Work closely with internal departments to keep daily operations organized
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, office coordination, customer service, payroll, HR, or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
