We specialize in innovative technology and high-quality products that support customers across a variety of industries including healthcare and construction. Our international presence allows us to serve customers globally while maintaining a strong local team here in Bloomingdale, IL. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and eager to grow their administrative experience within a global company.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in internal systems Monitor and manage the team email inbox, responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is entered correctly Maintain accurate and organized records of customer communications, orders, and related documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous office experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Eager to learn!
