Bloomingdale, IL | $20-$24/hour | Part-Time | Early Morning Schedule Masterpiece Framing + Imaging is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our production team in Bloomingdale. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes position focused primarily on picture frame production. You'll work alongside our lead production framer helping us keep up with a growing volume of custom and corporate framing work. This is not a retail or customer-facing position. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying productive and seeing tangible progress at the end of a shift. What You'll Do Cut and join picture frames Assist with frame assembly and finishing Produce custom and larger-volume corporate framing orders Inspect work for quality, accuracy and consistency Organize moulding and production materials Help keep projects moving toward their deadlines Maintain a clean and efficient production area Assist with other frame shop production as needed Some of our projects involve producing larger quantities of identical frames. You should be comfortable with repetitive production work while maintaining speed, accuracy and attention to detail. Who We're Looking For Picture framing experience is preferred, particularly experience cutting and joining frames. We're also open to someone with strong hands-on skills and experience in woodworking, cabinetry, fabrication, sign production, manufacturing or another detail-oriented shop environment.

Our production team starts several hours before the retail store opens, providing a quieter work environment with fewer interruptions. Compensation + Benefits $20-$24 per hour, based on experience.
