Job Description

Job Overview CrossCom National, LLC is a recognized industry leader in retail voice, POS and data communications network implementation and maintenance. Founded in 1981, CrossCom provides national retailers with voice, POS and data communications systems solutions, including technology staging, asset management, installation, maintenance, cabling, rollout and chain-wide implementation. CrossCom National is the single source partner retailers depend on for in-store communications networking requirements. The Project Admin is responsible for supporting individual projects for a variety of customers within CrossCom National. With guidance, will engage internal and external resources to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and at target margins. Responsibilities Primary responsibility to answer queue calls to support techs on site, check in and check out processes. Support team in ensuring projects are delivered at the level of quality sold to the customer Make quality day ahead calls on each ticket Complete check in and check out calls Follow guidelines and process to ensure project can be delivered at the expected margin Enter work requests in system w/in 24 hours Ensure techs for your tickets are on time Manage techs progress throughout the day Close orders and record all out of scope Experience/Education 1 to 2 years work experience in positions of managing projects, preferred Telecom experience in retail industry experience desired Excellent technical skills across multiple products & disciplines a plus Competencies Strong Organizational and planning skills Superior customer focus and relationship building skills Strong decision making skills Excellent communication skills Solid analytical and presentation skills Results oriented Ability to work well in a face paced environment and under pressure Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
