Administrative Assistant Job Description Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of Leadership Team members by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support. This position plays a key role in supporting the coordination, communication, and efficiency of day-to-day operations. The Administrative Assistant is expected to support the company's mission of providing compassionate, quality care and exceptional customer service while promoting teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a flexible work schedule to support operations and specific departmental coordination Provide operational and administrative support to specific departments as needed to promote efficient operations, teamwork, and quality care services Assist with audits, monitoring tools, and compliance tracking to support regulatory readiness, operational standards, and quality improvement initiatives Assist leadership team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and operational coordination Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, forms, and meeting materials as requested Maintain confidentiality of employees, facility's, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies Provide administrative support during surveys, inspections, and regulatory visits Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and strong customer service skills required Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
