Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Communicate effectively with parents, bus drivers, and building leadership regarding transportation matters. Update and maintain bus routes and schedules as needed. File and maintain transportation department records and documents. Perform accurate data entry and maintain transportation-related databases. Communicate bus route changes, delays, and other updates to appropriate staff and parents. Monitor and respond to transportation radio communications throughout the day.

Hourly Pay Range:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

40 hour per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 5:30am-8:30am 8:30am-1:30pm 1:30pm-5:00pm Wednesday 5:30am-8:30am 8:30am-12:30pm 12:30pm-4:00pm If you are interested in working full-time next school year 2026-2027 and transitioning into a full-time employee role, please let the hiring manager know, as this may be possible.
