We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant who enjoys working with data, documents, and administrative processes to help keep our office running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys staying organized, and is comfortable working with databases and documentation.

What You'll Do:

Manage and maintain electronic documents within our document management system. Perform accurate data entry and update company databases. Organize, file, and maintain records to ensure documentation is complete and accessible. Provide administrative support to the office and various departments as needed. Assist with document preparation and other general office tasks.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3-6 months of office/data entry experience (internships will be considered). Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A dependable team player.
