Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Lead Teachers for our Fairview center to guide engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. In this role, you'll design and deliver curriculum, ensure a safe and nurturing classroom, and build strong, respectful partnerships with families. You will observe and document children's progress, support social-emotional growth, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities and learning experiences for young children. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum. Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and wellbeing. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and materials. Follow state, licensing, and company policies and procedures.
