Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Your energy, professionalism, and attention to detail will help create a positive environment and support efficient office management. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records to support office operations and ensure easy retrieval of information Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Maintain a tidy reception area, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure all front desk equipment functions properly Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry systems Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus; bilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse clients Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Ability to perform typing tasks accurately at a steady pace; familiarity with proofreading is advantageous Personal assistant or office experience that demonstrates time management skills and attention to detail Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets energetic service!
