Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Assistant to join our team. As a Training Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training department by coordinating training programs, managing office tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have excellent administrative skills and a passion for helping others succeed, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain marketing mailing lists
  • Coordinate training activities to include learning areas, modules and displays
  • Assist in the development and/or maintenance of academy policies and procedures
  • Analyze, evaluate and recommend new course offerings for development
  • Prepare proposals for upcoming projects
  • Create work books and related Power Point presentations
  • Prepare workbooks and related materials for classes
  • Facilitate e-learning class
  • Prepare and maintain class files for compliance and in cooperation with State per regulatory requirements
  • Analyze and consult with Academy management and makes recommendations for improving quality, productivity and effectiveness
  • Maintain applicable certifications by attending training sessions as assigned
  • Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as required
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
  • Proven experience in project coordination
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
