SALARY:
$29.52/hour
DESCRIPTION
: This position involves providing secretarial support for the Director of Accountability and the District Lead for Math as well as department & building staff by performing duties as assigned. Candidate must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications and be able to accurately perform data cleaning and data entry assignments. Candidate must be organized, able to prioritize work, possess excellent communication skills and dedicated to outstanding customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma. Associate Degree is preferred. Secretarial experience in a business or school environment. Experience in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Publisher. Advanced ability to formulate charts/tables in Excel. Willingness to learn HTLM and SQL.
