Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and documents. Serve as a professional first point of contact and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries. Coordinate meetings, events, and other team activities. Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Support process improvements and adoption of new technology solutions. Required Skills Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Familiarity with event planning and coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace. Interest or experience in using AI to improve daily workflows. Coding knowledge in R, Claude Code, or similar tools is a plus. Consistent in-person availability is required.
