Job Description
Shady Oak Dental group is hiring a Dental Insurance Verification Coordinator. The position is located in our insurance department and will work in both our Freeport and Forreston locations. Our ideal Dental Insurance Coordinator candidate will be a personable, polished, and professional individual, with exceptional communication skills, a friendly and positive demeanor, and a passion for providing the highest level of service to patients, peers, and doctors. This Dental Insurance Coordinator is responsible for verifying dental insurance benefits for our patients as well as updating the insurance file and coverage tables in Dentrix. Requirements High school diploma and two years of related Dental experience Minimum of 1 years Dental Experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task Computer proficiency, Dentrix software knowledge a plus Orthodontics and Oral Surgery Knowledge is helpful Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional telephone and communication skills. Collaborative team player who has the ability to deal with a wide variety of people in an effective and courteous manner. Must be reliable, dependable, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
Benefits:
This is a full-time, 5 day work week position; hours are typically 8am-5pm. This position does work one weekend a month. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (Vacation and Holidays), and 401k are offered for Full-Time employees.Job Type:
