K Job Description:
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and internal teams. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and conference rooms. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external partners. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take meeting notes, and track follow-up items as needed. Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, processing mail, and maintaining an organized workplace. Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned. Utilize Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to complete daily responsibilities. #HR/ADMIN9
