This Administrative Assistant role supports client billing, document management, administrative projects, and office operations while working closely with a highly tenured team. The ideal Administrative Assistant is tech-savvy, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant Prepare and process client invoices and billing documents. Scan, upload, retrieve, and organize documents. Type memos, letters, and client correspondence. Proofread reports and documents for accuracy. Assist with tax return processing and administrative support. Set up client portals and maintain electronic records. Provide backup reception support as needed. Qualifications for the
Administrative Assistant Required:
2+ years of administrative or office experience. Strong computer and document management skills. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
