General Summary :
The Plant Operations Administrative Assistant supports daily department operations by coordinating communication, scheduling, records management, and workflow activities. This position serves as a key point of contact for residents, staff, and vendors while ensuring efficient and organized administrative support.

Administrative Assistant:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Plant Operations requests and inquiries. Enter, assign, and track work orders; escalate urgent or safety-related issues. Coordinate schedules, meetings, vendor visits, and departmental activities. Manage departmental records, files, reports, and documentation. Prepare correspondence, notices, and communications for residents and staff. Process invoices, purchase documentation, and departmental expenses. Maintain calendars, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, vendors, and visitors. Assist with general administrative duties and process improvement initiatives. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a facilities, operations, maintenance, healthcare, senior living, or multi-department environment. Experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting leadership-level staff. Prior experience on basic billing, handling invoices, purchase documentation.
