Job Description
Kerber, Eck & Braeckel LLP ("KEB"), a CPA and management consulting firm located in Litchfield, IL is looking for a full-time administrative assistant. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greeting clients Managing mail distribution, postage machine updates, copier updates and etc. Assist with ordering supplies and stocking Assist with invoicing and collecting payments Setting up desks for new hires Tax Return Processing and Logins Billing/Invoicing for services rendered to clients Monthly Billing/Receivables Reports Scanning and filing paperwork Setting up new clients and projects in system Assisting admin team with various projects Cross-train in multiple functional areas to support team flexibility and coverage Skills Strong Organization Ability to prioritize Attention to Detail Deadline Management Professional Communication and judgement Technology Proficiency Strong Problem-solving skills Adaptability - Willingness to learn and adapt Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Careers at KEB Kerber, Eck & Braeckel LLP is a regional accounting firm located in the Midwest.
