Please ensure that you are logged into Workday and applying through the Jobs Hub before proceeding. Clerical Assistant (ED) - 6pm-6:30am Job Description Clerical Partners support the clerical / administrative aspects of patient care delivery and serve as a liaison for patients, visitors, and staff.
Hours:
6pm-6:30am, weekend and holiday rotation
Requirement:
HS Diploma Responsibilities Answers phones, patient calls, takes messages, and refers questions and answers to the appropriate individual., Maintains unit supply of forms and prepares appropriate packets and information for admission, transfer, and discharge of patients., Monitors and order supplies, Performs computer-based functions including admission, transfer, and discharge including making follow-up appointments., Provides clerical support to the timely delivery of patient care., Serves as a customer service representative, receptionist, and liaison among patient, family, staff, and medical staff., Supports relationship based care by providing compassionate, holistic care to patients, family, and co-workers and promoting a safe, caring, and healing environment., Tracks and monitors the locations of all patients, and facilitates the movement of the patient from one care modality to the next, may sit with patients at times. Requirements High School (Required) Compensation Estimated Compensation Range $16.54 - $25.24 Pay based on experience
