We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to join a collaborative, fast-moving team in a dynamic corporate environment. In this role, you'll provide flexible, high-touch support to senior leadership and internal teams across multiple departments. Reporting directly to a senior lead, you'll help drive day-to-day operations forward, juggle shifting priorities, and contribute to projects that make a real impact. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments. Work closely with the Executive Assistant lead for task prioritization and goal setting. Support calendar management and logistics for investor-related conferences. Coordinate travel and expense reporting (experience with Concur a plus). Help prepare PowerPoint decks and professional documentation. Assist with Board of Directors software with guidance from the Executive Assistant. Participate in corporate events, office operations, and front desk coverage. Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and document creation. Handle general administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and managing shared inboxes Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless office operations Ideal Experience A college degree is preferred. 3-5 years of administrative experience or a recent grad with strong potential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); Concur experience a plus. Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
