Position Summary The Trust Administration Assistant is an integral member of the Trust Administration team, responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Trust Officers and Trust Administrators. This role helps ensure accurate account records, timely processing of payments and distributions, proper documentation management, and exceptional service to clients and internal partners.

What we look for:

Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Minimum of two years of administrative, office support, or related experience; experience in accounting, finance, banking, trust administration, or a business-related field preferred. A heart for serving others and a passion for helping individuals and mission-centered institutions achieve their financial and charitable purposes. Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines in a professional environment. Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Position Details Full-time, non-exempt (salary $50-55K), benefit eligible. Monday through Friday work schedule with flexible daytime hours. 3-days per week in the Chicago office and 2-days remote (after a period of orientation).
