Job Description
This position is accountable for supporting the staff by performing a wide range of basic clerical/office tasks for the Office of Public Safety. Provides assistance with clerical tasks such as copying, filing, scanning, and typing documents Create spreadsheets, Word documents, and assist with database management Performs background checks of former students to ascertain if there was any prior contact(s) with the Dept. of Public Safety Assist with the management of the parking permit program and processing citation fines Assists with the scheduling of student staff and backfilling call-offs; Greets visitors and guests to the office; Other duties as assignedMUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be Federal Work Study E ligible Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter K nowledge of Microsoft Office May require basic proficiency in any of the following programs: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Telephone skills Verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Requires strict confidentiality reference exposure to sensitive informationDescription of Hours:
