Golf School District 67 is seeking a professional Business Services Coordinator to manage administrative and operational functions that support efficient district business processes. Serving as a central point of contact for financial, human resources, and facilities-related tasks, this role ensures the district's business operations run smoothly. Our mission, "Learning Today... QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting; equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Products. Experience with financial management software, specifically Infinite Visions, is preferred.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll & Benefits:
Process accurate and timely payroll, manage employee tax information and deductions, and coordinate new employee paperwork
Accounts Payable:
Review invoices for accuracy, reconcile vendor discrepancies, and process monthly checks for accounts payable and student activities.
Accounts Receivable:
Handle day-to-day cash payments, prepare weekly bank deposits, post cash receipts, and process fee waivers.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly Board of Education reports, manage student activity accounts, file grant reports, and prepare annual W-2 and 1099 tax statements.
General Support:
Act as a district liaison with banks and vendors, inventory supplies, and support the operations of food services and transportation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENT
Work Setting:
Primarily based in an office setting but requires performance in various business and community settings.
Physical Demands:
Ability to move freely between locations, involving frequent standing, walking, sitting, and working at a computer.
Lifting:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range $65,000-$75,000 Benefits Golf School District 67 offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Medical & Dental Insurance:
Family medical and dental insurance available with a Board contribution.
Life Insurance:
$50,000 Board-paid group term life coverage.
Retirement:
Participation in the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) pension system.
Paid Leave:
12 sick days and 3 personal days annually.
