JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Administrative Office Associate for our client located in Naperville, IL. This role is responsible for supporting general office functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations during the workday. Must be able to start the workday at 6:30AM In-office (no option for Hybrid or Remote).CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, document management, and report preparation
- Provide administrative support across multiple functions as assigned
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with internal coordination, scheduling, and communication as needed
- Support office operations by managing routine administrative workflows
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously with attention to detail and timeliness
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
- Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
