In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our commitment to delivering quality care. Your Schedule Will Be:
Monday 9-5, Tues & Wed 8-5, and Thurs 7-12

This role will work as a float between the front office and clinic Well versed in dental procedures, treatment plan presentation and patient education As a Dental/Business Assistant float, you will: Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff and adeptly handle phone communications. Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to achieve practice's care objectives and financial targets. Gather patient information and health background Prepare the work area for procedures Take x-rays of patients' teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Prepare materials for surgical procedures Educate patients on post-operative instructions Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory Sterilization, adhere to offices standards and universal precautions Why Choose Naperville Commons ?
