Your New RoleInstall, maintain, and repair residential water treatment systems.
Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs at customer locations.
Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and water quality.
Recommend products or system upgrades when they meet customer needs.
Deliver professional, reliable customer service during every visit.
This position is based in the Naperville service area. New technicians are required to report to the Barrington office daily during onboarding and training until they are approved to begin most workdays from home.
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools.
Experience with plumbing, water systems, appliance repair, HVAC, automotive repair, electromechanical service, or another related mechanical field is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently while managing a local service route.
Authorization to work in the United States.
