We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team. This position plays an important role in both the successful processing of new business and the ongoing servicing of client accounts.     • Career Growth and Professional Development Opportunities What you'll be doing New Business & Account Setup Collect all vital information and documentation required for new business and account setup.
    Collect required transfer forms, signatures, and supporting documentation. Assist with completing new account paperwork, annuity applications, and life insurance applications. Process new business applications accurately and submit them to the appropriate carriers. Follow up appropriately regarding new business requirements and outstanding items. Track applications & account opening throughout the process from submission through approval, issue and funding. Keep the CRM up to date Provide all required information and materials for policy and account delivery. Complete all required new business processes and follow-up. Client & Account Services Collect information and documentation needed to complete client requests and post-issue functions. Utilize all internal and external software systems required to successfully perform assigned duties. Process Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), including: Calculate RMDs. Coordinate with advisors to determine which accounts should be used for RMDs. Contact clients regarding RMD amounts and impacted accounts. Schedule meetings with advisors when requested. Submit completed forms to applicable companies. Track distributions and ensure RMD requirements are met. Process client requests such as address changes, beneficiary changes, etc. Process requests to change between paper and electronic statements. Ensure clients receive applicable 1099 forms for investment and insurance products. Input and maintain client data and documentation in applicable systems and files. Monitor annuity policies for annual reallocations. Ensure all reallocation deadlines are met. Communicate with advisors regarding recommendations and available options. Contact clients regarding reallocations and impacted accounts. Submit completed forms to applicable companies. Track all submissions sent to carriers. Process withdrawal requests. Track systematic withdrawals. Process annuity surrenders. Manage income benefits. Assist with assembling documents and reports needed for annual client reviews. Escalate questions or concerns to the appropriate leadership team member. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring
    • 2+ Years of Administrative Experience (Preferred)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Including Excel (Required)
    • High School Degree (Required)
    • Associate or bachelor's degree (Preferred)
    • Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)
    • Clear and Professional Communication (Verbal and Written)
    • Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
