Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing an exceptional patient experience Answering phones and handling patient questions professionally Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Managing a busy dental schedule and keeping the day running efficiently Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility Communicating with insurance companies regarding patient benefits and claims Discussing treatment costs, insurance coverage, and patient financial responsibilities Collecting patient payments and maintaining accurate account information Presenting treatment and helping patients understand their financial options Preparing daily schedules, patient charts, and necessary paperwork Following up with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and outstanding needs Working closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other team members Helping maintain an organized, positive, and efficient front office Handling multiple priorities while remaining professional and calm in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For We want an experienced dental professional who can come in and make an immediate impact.The ideal candidate will have:
Previous dental front office experience Experience with dental scheduling and practice management Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience verifying dental insurance and understanding benefits Experience discussing treatment fees and patient financial responsibilities Experience collecting payments and managing patient accounts Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail The ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy dental office Confidence communicating with patients about treatment and finances A positive, team-oriented attitude Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic The ability to remain calm and solution-focused when the office gets busy The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Why Join La Cross Dental?
