You'll manage records, prepare jobs for our installation teams, and keep our materials and systems accurate and ready to go. This is a support and coordination role — the person our field team depends on to have everything ready before they walk out the door. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems Prepare and organize equipment and materials for scheduled jobs Check in and verify incoming orders against purchase records Process returns and log equipment movement Keep materials labeled, organized, and easy to locate Coordinate with office and field teams on job and parts needs Keep the work area structured and efficient What Success Looks Like Every scheduled job has its materials ready before the team arrives Records match reality — inventory counts are accurate and current Field teams are never delayed by missing or misplaced parts Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with basic computer systems and record-keeping Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving day Reliable, consistent, team-oriented Preferred Experience Inventory, logistics, purchasing, or administrative support Experience supporting a team or managing materials and equipment Work Environment In-person role based in Oak Lawn, IL Active position — regular standing, organizing, and moving materials, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Benefits Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Employee discount
