Clerical Assistant to Buyers As a Clerical Assistant to the furniture Buying Team, this individual is responsible for a variety of clerical activities to support the Buying Team. Performing a variety of Storis transactions to support the Buyer's reports.
- Running Buyer's Reports.
- Executing Purchase Orders.
- Tracking new product arrivals.
- Setting up sku's and related product information.
- Adjusting item status.
- Cataloging furniture photos.
- Assembling Vendor Support packages.
- Managing Outlook appointments on shared schedules.
- Available for special projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent PC skills, strong typing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
