Job Description

Supreme Roofing | Full-Time Supreme Roofing is hiring a Construction Project Admin to keep our construction projects organized, documented, and moving forward. This is a behind-the-scenes role critical to our operation — you'll be the administrative backbone connecting our Project Managers, Production Managers, customers, and field teams. What You'll Do Maintain project records in JobTread and keep documentation (contracts, permits, COIs, W-9s, warranties, invoices, photos) complete and organized Track permit status, proposal/contract signatures, and follow up on missing paperwork Monitor project milestones and administrative deadlines, flagging outstanding items to the Project Manager Coordinate customer appointments, municipal inspections, and third-party drone inspections Serve as a primary point of contact for customers on scheduling and status updates Coordinate communication with vendors, suppliers, municipalities, and inspectors Support material delivery coordination alongside the Project and Production teams What Success Looks Like Project files are complete, accurate, and up to date at all times Nothing falls through the cracks — deadlines and follow-ups are tracked and closed out Project Managers and Production Managers always know the current status of their jobs Customers experience clear, timely, professional communication What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once Clear, professional written and verbal communication Experience with construction, roofing, or project coordination software (JobTread experience a plus) A proactive mindset — you flag problems before they become delays Why Supreme Roofing Join a growing roofing company that values organization, accountability, and doing things the right way. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
