Job Description
Hotel Administrative Specialist What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Administrative Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will assist in supporting the Hotel Department with administrative duties; i.e. task manager maintenance, assigning claims, and/or e-filing, along with other duties. You will report directly to the Hotel Operations Manager. Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Maintaining (TM) Task Manager, by moving tasks to the appropriate pages and assigning to employees
Assisting in taking and entering new claims
Assisting with entering new claims into ACT Database, ensuring accurate and complete information using MyALE Claims portal
Assigning and distributing all new claims to a Hotel Coordinator based on data in the shared run rate document
Assisting with any projects assigned by the Hotel Operations Manager or Lead Administrative Coordinator
Assisting with electronic documentation filing and updating in ACT Database, ensuring accurate and complete information
Assisting with Policy Holder Text Notification execution and maintenance
Calling hotel to confirm check-out and other HSS tasks as assigned
Assisting with HA collection by sending reminder emails or calling clients
Calling hotel to confirm if clients checked in when Hotel Night Audit is unable
Updating card limits and ending dates through JP Morgan SUA Program
Confirming hotels have received paperwork on new bookings
Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2+ years of job related experience preferred
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
ACT program experience a plus
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgment
