Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Support professional to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning and exceptional client service. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help foster a productive work environment while supporting our team's diverse needs. Duties Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency. Process invoices and maintain records. Conduct three-way-matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices to verify accuracy and prevent overbilling. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems. Review invoices for accuracy. Investigate and untangle pricing discrepancies, missing goods, and unauthorized charges. Report on payments received per project requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Other duties as assigned. Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field OR combination of education and 3-5 years' work experience Proficient collaborative skills and interpersonal communication Proficient with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Proficient data entry skills, including 10-key proficiency Proficient mathematical skills and knowledge of accounting principles High degree of time management and organization High degree of typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail to identify inconsistencies High degree of discretion in handling sensitive information Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
