REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, office support, or related experience.
- Experience providing administrative or business support to managers or supervisors.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant business software, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of standard clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
- Ability to gather, organize, and monitor information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision while exercising sound judgment and initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other business activities.
- Provide professional information and assistance to callers, employees, and other contacts.
- Support managers and team members with daily administrative and business needs.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and other business information.
- Gather and monitor information to support daily operations and business priorities.
- Coordinate communications and information between managers, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Utilize computer systems and relevant software to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills when managing daily priorities.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as needed.
- Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
