REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of administrative, clerical, office support, or related experience.
Experience providing administrative or business support to managers or supervisors.
Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency with computers and relevant business software, including Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of standard clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
Ability to gather, organize, and monitor information effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently under general supervision while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
SUMMARY
Seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and business support to managers and operational teams.
In this role, you will help keep office activities organized and running efficiently by coordinating appointments, managing communications, maintaining information, and supporting a variety of administrative and clerical activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule appointments, meetings, and other business activities.
Provide professional information and assistance to callers, employees, and other contacts.
Support managers and team members with daily administrative and business needs.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and other business information.
Gather and monitor information to support daily operations and business priorities.
Coordinate communications and information between managers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Utilize computer systems and relevant software to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills when managing daily priorities.
Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as needed.
Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
