Full Job Description Description:
This position provides a welcoming environment for donors, volunteers and clients as well as providing administrative support to the President/CEO, Chief Development Officer, Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
(to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation): 1. Operates within the DuPagePads Core Values, which supports providing care in accordance with the Trauma Informed Policy and Practices of the Agency. 2. Answers and directs telephone calls. 3. Processes requests for information and inquiries and receives visitors. 4. Provides general administrative support to agency leadership team, including administrative support for special projects as needed. 5. Processes incoming/outgoing mail and web-based transactions. 6. Prepares incoming revenue for deposit, makes bank deposits, and routes and tracks payables for appropriate departmental approval. 7. Maintains office supply inventory and orders supplies. 8. Maintains property and equipment inventories and IT documentation. 9. Assists with set-up of board meetings and other meetings as requested. 10. Maintains selected agency files per Document Retention Policy as instructed. 11. Advocate for increased community education, relationships, and solutions to benefit our client population. 12. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Ability to handle confidential information discretely. 2. Effective written and oral communication skills. 3. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. 5. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as copier and postage meter. 6. Demonstrated skill in interpersonal interactions and customer service. 7. Ability to work independently and work collaboratively as part of a team. 8. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, complete tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of two years of previous office administration experience desired.
Other:
1. Provide own transportation. 2. Occasional evening hours.
