Job Description

Foot & Ankle Centers is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Practice Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Management assisting with the day-to-day operations of our podiatry practice, Revitalize Physical Therapy and MedFoot Spa . This is a diverse role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, demonstrates discretion, and comfortable working independently while also being an integral part of a team.

Pay Range and Benefits Compensation:
Anticipated Pay Range:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience Benefits Summary Paid Time Off (PTO), holiday pay, and 401(k) with employer match Administrative & Practice Support Provide administrative support to the Practice Operations Manager and Assistant Manager Assist with scheduling, maintain calendars, preparing, and documenting staff meetings, celebrations and practice events. Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, vendor information, and contact lists. Create forms using ADOBE Acrobat. Scan and organize office documents as needed. Assist with onboarding administrative tasks for new employees, including coordinating training programs ordering scrubs and computer access set-up. Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed for two locations. Assist with coordinating communications and activities with local chambers of commerce, physician offices, vendors, and other community partners. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Provide professional, friendly, and compassionate customer service to patients, staff, vendors, and visitors. Assist office staff with answering telephone calls, communicating with patients, and scheduling appointments as needed. Cross-train as Podiatric Patient Representative (front desk) as back-up when needed. Demonstrate professionalism and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Support the practice team in maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment. Marketing & Communications
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives for Foot & Ankle Centers, Revitalize Physical Therapy, and MedFoot Spa.
  • Create and coordinate engaging content across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), websites, blogs, email marketing, newsletters, and other digital channels while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
  • Manage and support the practices' online presence and reputation, including monitoring reviews, maintaining website content, utilizing basic SEO principles, and staying current with digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Coordinate the creation, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials and support patient and community outreach initiatives, including events, surveys, thank-you cards, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics, outcomes, and project progress to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, marketing, or related role. Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond when needed. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Canva and WordPress, preferred. Experience with social media management, email marketing, or digital marketing preferred.
