We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and dependable individual to provide a combination of administrative, operational, and personal assistant support in a growing professional practice and busy day-to-day environment. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes working closely one-on-one, and is excited by the chance to learn, take ownership, and grow with the role over time. Responsibilities will include general administrative support, scheduling and follow-up, organization, helping with day-to-day office operations, coordinating errands and appointments, managing miscellaneous projects, and providing flexible personal and logistical support as needed. The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable moving between professional responsibilities and personal-assistant tasks depending on the priorities of the day. Several mornings each week will include hands-on exposure to a healthcare setting, with the opportunity to learn practice operations, patient workflow, and other aspects of a growing medical and aesthetic environment. No prior medical experience is required, and training will be provided. Prior experience in healthcare, medical assisting, dermatology, aesthetics, or another patient-facing environment is a plus. Interest in skincare, aesthetics, social media, marketing, photography, or content creation is also welcome. The ideal candidate is a true self-starter who can anticipate needs, prioritize independently, and move tasks forward without requiring detailed day-to-day direction. Excellent judgment, discretion, reliability, attention to detail, flexibility, and follow-through are essential. The anticipated schedule is approximately Monday and Wednesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on weekly needs. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are required. This is intended to be a stable, long-term position with the opportunity to grow alongside the practice. $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
