Job Description Your Role:
Manufacturing Student Program The Elanco Manufacturing summer student program offers a meaningful work experience for college students residing in the Wabash Valley. The intent of this program is to offer an introductory experience similar to an internship to allow students an opportunity to learn about a manufacturing environment. It provides students the unique opportunity to work in the manufacturing areas of a Fortune 100 multinational company. Our summer student program helps us identify future interns and full time employees as well as provides a transparent experience for students to experience our culture and see the variety of career paths available at Elanco. The positions are temporary summer student positions that last for 10-12 weeks beginning in Oct or Nov 2026. Start and end dates will be managed around student class schedule and business needs. Each student will be assigned to a functional department with projects that are applicable to the student's field of study in college. Small projects will be assigned that provide benefit for the department as well as a learning opportunity for the student. Project opportunities are available in, but not limited to, the following areas:

Project Your Responsibilities:
Students will interact with other engineering, manufacturing, and science professionals, including Elanco senior management. Professional development and social events will be held throughout the summer. Presentations on work accomplished may be required. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): Must provide own housing in Western Indiana and be at Clinton, IN site daily. Must be currently enrolled in a related undergrad program.
