+ Greet clients and visitors with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
+ Schedule appointments and manage calendars
+ Support advisors and office staff with administrative tasks
+ Maintain client files and documentation
+ Assist with correspondence, data entry, and general office organization
+ Receive and distribute mail and packages
