Key Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages used by leadership teams Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes Assist with financial modeling, cost analysis, and operational performance reporting Partner with leaders across multiple departments to gather, interpret, and communicate business insights Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and system utilization Support month-end reporting and accounting-related analysis activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or corporate finance Advanced Excel skills including modeling, scenario analysis, and financial reporting Experience with Power
BI, D365, ERP
