The successful candidate will bring:
Strong budgeting and forecasting experience A solid accounting and financial reporting foundation Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools A natural curiosity and desire to understand the "why" behind the numbers A proactive, self-starter mentality with the confidence to take ownership of projects and drive results Interest in long-term career growth within finance, accounting, operations, or leadership This is a role for someone who wants to build a career, not simply fill a position. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages used by leadership teams Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes Assist with financial modeling, cost analysis, and operational performance reporting Partner with leaders across multiple departments to gather, interpret, and communicate business insights Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and system utilization Support month-end reporting and accounting-related analysis activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or corporate finance Advanced Excel skills including modeling, scenario analysis, and financial reporting Experience with Power
BI, D365, ERP
systems, or similar reporting platforms Strong understanding of financial statements and how operational activities impact financial performance Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations to leadership Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset Ideal Backgrounds Candidates may come from: Financial Analysis FP&A Business Intelligence Cost Accounting Corporate Finance Manufacturing Finance Data Analytics ERP Reporting and Systems Analysis Who Will Be Successful?
