Our established practice focuses on delivering comprehensive care, including patient visits and minimally invasive techniques, in a high-volume, Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Staff member to join our team. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve our diverse patient community. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for providers with precision Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records Handle patient check-in/check-out processes and verify insurance information Support office management by organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness Provide excellent customer support by addressing patient inquiries and ensuring their needs are met Qualifications Prior office experience or administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle diverse patient interactions Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate with a broader patient base Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to be an essential part of a caring team committed to providing outstanding patient care while developing your professional skills!
