Objective Provides high-level administrative, communication, reception, and organizational support to the President of Integrated Operations and the leadership team. Strengthens daily execution, improves communication flow, supports efficient business operations across manufacturing and retail sales functions, and serves as a professional first impression for employees, consumers, vendors, retailers, dealers, and visitors.

N/A Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to the President, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Support leadership team members with administrative needs, reports, presentations, communication coordination, and special projects. Serve as a polished and professional first impression for employees, visitors, consumers, vendors, retailers, dealers, and business partners. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Greet visitors and guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional front-office environment. Coordinate visitor communication, meeting preparation, and hospitality arrangements. Create welcome signs, visitor materials, agendas, and meeting support documents as needed. Coordinate food, catering, beverage, and supply orders for meetings, events, and leadership functions. Prepare, edit, proofread, and organize documents, spreadsheets, presentations, letters, and meeting materials. Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Shopify, Freedom, and PowerPoint to create accurate and professional business materials and reports. Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities to help ensure work is completed on time. Assist with office organization, filing, administrative systems, and process coordination. Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. Maintain reception, conference room, and common office areas in a clean and organized manner. Provide additional receptionist and administrative support duties as business needs evolve. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. High emotional intelligence, with the ability to shift priorities and remain calm in a fast-moving environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Professional presence and ability to represent the company well in all interactions. Working Environment and Conditions This is an office-based role supporting manufacturing and retail operations in a small-company environment. The position requires regular communication with internal team members and external business contacts. The role may occasionally require entering manufacturing areas. Education, Experience and Training Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or front-office operations preferred. Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, or small-business environments is helpful but not required. Experience preparing professional reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents preferred. Equipment and Tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn Shopify and Freedom. Ability to use standard office technology and resources required to perform administrative, communication, reception, and document-preparation duties.
