Position Overview:
Arrow Pest Control is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Kokomo branch. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of our operation by serving as the main point of contact for customers, supporting technicians, and keeping the office running smoothly. You'll manage customer scheduling, technician routing, phone calls, office tasks, and supply coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide friendly customer support. Create and manage daily technician routes; communicate changes or cancellations. Process and submit daily technician reports to the corporate office. Track vehicles and ensure accurate scheduling records. Support technicians by preparing supplies, paperwork, and route information. Handle light office management tasks, including filing, ordering supplies, and occasional bank deposits. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Assist with customer retention by making follow-up calls and coordinating service needs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or office administration preferred. Knowledge of Fort Wayne streets and surrounding service areas a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment. Organized, dependable, and motivated to support both customers and field staff.
